How can I contact Fintech for Help?

If you need us, we are here! Simply follow the instructions in the Contact Us tab or ask Finny for help.

Under Settings, the Contact Us tab allows users to send questions to Fintech to help resolve any E-Vite issues. You can also send a question via Finny, the E-Vite chatbot.

Enter a brief description of your problem and hit send. (Don't worry, the contact form will automatically includes all other relevant info, such as your email, vendor name you are logged into, etc.).

Expect a response within 1-2 business days.
