How can I contact Fintech for Help?

If you need us, we are here! Simply follow the instructions in the Contact Us tab.

Under Settings, the Contact Us tab allows users to send questions to Fintech to help resolve any E-Vite issues.

Enter a brief description of your problem, then our contact form will automatically include your username, email, the name of the vendor you are logged into, the Fintech Customer Number (also called FTS ID), and a time stamp.

Expect a response within 1-2 business days.
