Audit Logs
The Audit Log shows a record of all invoice activity that has occurred in your vendor account - including submissions, edits, approvals, failures, and deletions - within the last 365 days.

View details about each change, including the type of change made (Activity), the date and time it occurred (Timestamp), the user who made the change (User), and a description of the change, which includes both the invoice number and Customer ID (Activity Description):
Table Filtering
By default, the table displays the past month’s invoice activity in descending order by date (Timestamp). Click on the Timestamp or User headers to sort the information in ascending or descending order based on the selected column.
You can modify the date range of the displayed data by using the calendar dropdown located above the table (This Month, Last Quarter, This Year, or Custom Date). The number of changes that have occurred within the selected timeframe will be displayed in Total Items:
Underneath the table, select the number of rows you’d like to see on the page by using the Rows per page dropdown. If there are more logs than can fit onto the page, you can navigate to the next page by using the forward and backward arrows:
