View a list of all files that Fintech has received for your Vendor Portal account.
File History Overview
The File History screen shows a list of all invoice files the Vendor Portal has received by month. This includes manual uploads and automatic imports.
The table shows information such as the type of integration, source, posted and total invoice amounts and import/upload progress. Under the Progress column, "Submitted" refers to the number of invoices in the file that were validated and sent to the retail customer.
Defaulting to the current month, you can view invoice files from the last 15 months:
Hover over a row to reveal a download button for that invoice file. The file will download in a CSV format:

File Detail
Click a row in the table to view the File Detail screen, which will show the invoice(s) uploaded as a single file. On the File Detail page, the invoice file name will be located at the top of the screen and each invoice in the file will be listed in the table. You can also Download PDF and CSV versions of the invoice(s):
Click on a row to view the historical copy of an invoice (this navigates you to Invoices > My Invoices). In the top right corner of the screen, you can Duplicate or Download the invoice:
💡 Duplicating is a way to copy the information from an old invoice into a new invoice, eliminating the need to manually create a new invoice if the same product is being sold to the same retailer.
Invoice Statuses
If all the invoices in the file passed validation and were sent to retailers, then you’ll see a success message on the file detail screen:
If an invoice fails, you’ll receive a notification message above the table and the invoice in the table will have an Error status.
To resolve this, click the Review Invoices button in the notification. This is a shortcut to the Invoices > Manage Invoices screen where you can filter for failed invoices and view their specific errors by clicking on their row (read more here Managing Invoices):
