When you hit Submit on an invoice draft, the invoice moves to the My Invoices section.
The table shows all invoices created within the last 30 days that have a Processing or Submitted status. For more information about creating invoices, click here: How do I use the Invoice Builder?.

Invoices can have the following statuses:

Processing |
An invoice after the user hits Submit. The system is validating the invoice before delivering it to the customer. |
Submitted |
An invoice that has been delivered to the customer. |
Finding Customer Invoices through Filtering
The table can be sorted by clicking on any one of the columns within the header:
Use the search bar above the table on the page to filter the invoices by:
- Customer name
- Customer ID
- Invoice number
- Invoice amount
Underneath the search bar, use the drop-down boxes to filter by an invoice’s status or creation date.
You can click the Save as default filter toggle within the window to maintain these settings for future login:
To add more columns to the table, click the ellipses button at the end of the header row and check mark what you would like to see:
At the bottom of the page, you can filter the number of results returned (Rows Per Page) and use the arrows to move between page results:
Report of Submitted Invoices
Any user can export a 1-month PDF or CSV report of the table within My Invoices. The report shows submitted invoices, along with their details and customer information, for the selected time frame.
- Go to Invoices > My Invoices.
- Click the Export button at the top right of the page.
- Select a month and year from the drop-down boxes in the prompt.
- Click the Download button.
Viewing and Downloading Invoices
To view the summary details of an invoice or download a copy of it:
- Go to Invoices > My Invoices:
- To view: Click on a row from the table to open a copy of the invoice.
- To download:
- Click on a row to open an invoice.
- Click the Download button in the top right corner of the page to save the invoice as a PDF.
