Where can I submit user access requests for other vendors that I work for?

Use the Organization tab to view the companies you are registered to send E-Vites under.

The Organization tab is where you can manage your company and others you are registered with. It contains two tabs, Company Profile and Manage Companies. Administrators can access both tabs, while Basic users can only access Manage Companies.

Company Profile reflects information for the company you are logged into. You can upload the company logo here. To edit company information, you will need to contact Fintech:

Submitting Access Requests to Vendors

Add other vendors to your account or view a company’s account status within Manage Companies. To add a new company to your account, use the search bar to populate it, then click the Send Request button:

⚠️ If you do not see the company you searched for, contact your E-Vite Administrator. If you don’t know who your Administrator is, contact Fintech for assistance by phone or by going to Settings Contact Us (How can I contact Fintech for Help?).

You can also send a reminder to these companies to accept you as a user on their account. They will have a Requested status, and you can click the Send Reminder button that will notify them of your request via email:
