Where can I edit my user profile and default state?

Use the Preferences tab to edit your account name, designation, and default states.

Editing Your Profile

Within Preferences > Profile Details you can edit your name, phone number, and Designation (job role). Changes to your profile information will reflect across the site to others immediately.

⚠️ Your User Type can only be changed by your account Administrator. If you are the account Administrator and need to change your User Type, send a message to Fintech in Settings > Contact Us (How can I contact Fintech for Help?).

⚠️ Delete My Profile will remove your access to E-Vite and your invitation data from others while maintaining your account (i.e., you will not be listed in the Leaderboard). To gain access again, contact your administrator or Client Services.

Modifying States

The State tab will affect what retailers you can see and send invites to. The default state will be dependent on where the vendor you’re logged into is located. When you add or remove states, the retailers seen within the Accounts tab will change based on where they are housed and whether you have that state added to your account.

Add more states that house your retailers by clicking the State drop-down, check marking your selection(s), then clicking the Update button:
