Find new retailer accounts in your area to send E-Vites to, and view those that already use Fintech to pay invoices.
Find retailers in your area using the Accounts page, and whether they have registered with Fintech to pay invoices. You can easily filter the map and find clusters of accounts that have never received an E-Vite, or those that have a relationship with Fintech but do not have one set-up with your company yet.
⚠️ You must allow the E-Vite platform to access your location when on the Accounts page, otherwise, you will receive an error message and will not be able to search for accounts. If you do not see the below pop-up, log out of E-Vite, clear your browser's cache, then log back in. Contact your administrator for help.
Both basic and administrative users can:
- Search for accounts and see their invite/account status using the Search field and Filters.
- Send E-Vites to accounts who currently do not use Fintech to pay their invoices. Click here for more information: How do I send invitations to accounts in E-Vite?
- Manually create an account (if you can't find it) with the Add New Account feature. For more information, see What if I can't find a account in the map on the Accounts page?
- Filter the map and save the view.
Account Statuses
View E-Vite account status definitions by hovering over the "i" icon next to Accounts:
These include:
- No Activity - Account has not been invited to Fintech yet.
- Invited - Account was sent an E-Vite to join Fintech.
- Registered - Account is registered with Fintech and being reviewed before going Live.
- Live - Account is ready to process invoices through Fintech for faster payment.
- Processed - The account has processed invoices through Fintech for your company.
New statuses that will be added to this pop-up include:
- Invite to Expire - The E-Vite has not been accepted in 55 days.
- Expired - The E-Vite has not been accepted within a 90-day period. You will need to re-send the E-Vite.
Finding Accounts and Sending Invites
Use the Search Field and Filters to narrow down the list of accounts on the map.
The Search field pulls accounts from Google. You can search by account name and/or account address. For example, if you wanted to search for an account by name and address since it’s part of a large chain, use the following format: Walmart 4010 N 9th Ave, Tampa, FL.
Map View and List View
Toggle between Map View and List View by clicking the 2 buttons to the right of the Search field:
- The View Map button will show accounts in your area on a map.
- The List View button will show accounts in your area in the form of a list. They are sorted by closest to farthest in miles from your current location. From here, you can click Send Invite on a account's row to invite them to use the Fintech Portal. Learn more about inviting accounts here: How do I send invitations to accounts in E-Vite?
Basic Filter Options
The 3 filters beneath the Search field, Premises (On or Off), Invite Date (All Time selected by default, and Status (invitation status) can be used in tandem with the Search field. For example, you can search for Walmart accounts that have been invited through E-Vite in the last 7 days.
Extra Filtering Options
To the right of the 3 main map filters is a More Filters button, which includes Class of Trade (business type, e.g., Bar) and Select States (states where accounts are located). After selecting your options, click Apply Filters.
You also have the option to save all applied filters by toggling the Save as default filter option. If you navigate to another screen or log out of E-Vite, these filters will persist until you save new filter selections. You can also click Reset All Filters to return the filters to their default settings.
💡 You can stack several (or all) of the map filters to further narrow your account search. For example, you can search for On Premise accounts that were invited in the last 30 days with Class of Trade: RESTAURANT in the state of Colorado.
