Team Member Table Overview
Located below the widgets, a table displaying all invite data per team member is available to view and filter. The number of team members using E-Vite can be seen above the table (Total Team Member).
The table is automatically sorted by Total Invites, meaning that the user who has sent the most E-Vites will appear in the first row, second most in the second row, and so forth.
The columns detail each team member’s information and activity, including:
-
Team Member - name of team member
-
Email - team member’s email address
-
Date Joined - the date a team member joined E-Vite
-
Designation - the job title assigned to a team member in E-Vite
-

-
User Status – a status indicating whether a team member uses E-Vite
-
Total Invites – the total number of E-Vites each team member has sent, including those with Invited, Registered/In Progress, Processed, and Live statuses.

The remaining columns represent the various E-Vite statuses, with each column displaying the count of E-Vites a user has sent that currently fall under the status noted in the column header.

Table Filtering
⚠️ These filters do not apply to the widgets above the table.
The filters above the table can be used to limit the data shown. Narrow down the table results by the company a team member sent an E-Vite from (Companies), by Team Member, or when the E-Vite was sent (Invited Date):
⚠️ The Companies filter only appears if your organization has multiple houses: Managing houses/vendors I work for.
💡 Use the Rep E-Vites by Company report to view activity for each of your organization's houses through widgets and a user activity table: Rep E-Vites by Company report.
Select More Filters to further organize the table by the job role assigned to team members (Designation). From here, you can apply the chosen filters to all future logins by toggling Save as default filter. To return all filters to their original settings, click Reset All Filters:
Towards the right end of the table, add or remove columns using the ellipses:
💡 Whichever column is chosen to sort the table cannot be removed. For example, the default column is Total Invites which cannot be selected.
Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to adjust the number of rows being displayed in the table, or to view the next set of rows:
