Review E-Vite activity across all retailers that have been invited through your organization.
All accounts that have received E-Vites from your organization can be reviewed in E-Vites by Account. The total number of invited accounts can be seen above the table (Total Accounts). The table is automatically sorted alphabetically by Account Name. Table columns include:
- Inviting Company - the company the team member invited the retailer from
- Team Member – name of team member
- Account Name – the retailer that received the E-Vite
- Address – the invited retailer’s address
- Customer ID – Fintech Customer ID assigned to the retailer
💡 In some cases, Customer IDs may appear for accounts that are not Live or Processing. This typically means Fintech has already assigned an ID but is still in the process of reviewing and activating the account. To learn more about account statuses, click here: Managing Accounts
- Contact Info – the retailer’s phone number or email address who received the E-Vite
- Invite Type – how the retailer was sent an E-Vite (text, email, or Quick Register)
- Invited Date – the date the E-Vite was sent
- Invite Status – the status of the invitation
- Delivery Status – whether the E-Vite was delivered successfully to the contact on file.

Click Download CSV to save all data in the table as a file to your device. You can also filter the table, then save the filtered version as a file – read more below in Table Filtering.
Table Filtering
Use the search bar to find accounts by name or address. The dropdown filters can narrow down the data in the table by who sent the E-Vite (Company), an E-Vite’s status, or by the date the E-Vite was sent.
💡 The Company filter only appears if your organization has multiple houses: Managing houses/vendors I work for.
Select More Filters to further organize the table by a specific team member or by the job role assigned to them (Designation). From here, you can apply the chosen filters to all future logins by toggling Save as default filter. To return all filters to their original settings, click Reset All Filters:
Towards the right end of the table, use the ellipsis to add or remove columns:
💡 Whichever column is chosen to sort the table cannot be removed. For example, the default column is Account Name which cannot be selected.
Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to adjust the number of rows being displayed in the table, or to view the next set of rows:
